Pilbara Ecological is a local, award winning ecological services business. We provide field and site based ecological training and capacity building programs for Traditional Custodians across the Pilbara. Our training focuses on industry best practice approaches that can empower trainees to not just participate but be competitive in the commercial ecological services industry.

The objective is to provide Traditional Custodians with the skills to be successful in the restoration economy and support Aboriginal economic development and stewardship of Country. We also provide planning advice to Aboriginal organisations and assist with implementation of environmental projects across the Pilbara.

We specialise in native seed supply training.

Our staff have extensive experience in providing seed collection workshops to Traditional Custodians across Western Australia. We can provide training in all aspects of native seed supply including collection, processing and storage.

We can provide tailored training options in support of native seed supply, environmental weed management and ecological monitoring programs. Our training can provide support to specific projects or assist in the development and upskilling of Ranger groups.
